Greg - President
Born and raised in Prior Lake, Greg is active in his community volunteering his time coaching in local baseball and basketball programs. Greg is also a family man with two energetic boys that keep him and his wife busy in their many daily activities. Greg has worked for small businesses and large corporate companies in sales, operations, guest services, management, executive level, and ownership. He has a wide variety of skill sets as well and has been in this industry for 12yrs. Greg is a believer in you have to do it first before you can sell it. "Do the physical installation work first before you sell? Do you know how it's installed and the value of what is being sold and installed?" Greg enjoys his free time on the lake boating, golfing, coaching baseball, and most of all fishing walleyes for Team LB Solutions with his family.
Darren - CFM
Born and raised in Prior Lake, Darren takes pride in his community and his family. He enjoys a wide variety of sports and is extremely good with sports statistics (a modern day Cliff Clavin). Darren has a long resume of skills and experience. Most of his experience has been in the area of roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. He works very hands on with his projects. Darren's success has been in getting it done! He does what it takes to make it happen. Often you will see Darren with a paint brush in his hand onsite to make sure the project gets completed with efficiency. Darren is extremely caring about his clients and his heart shows through in his work. Darren is very active and dedicated to healthy living. Being a member of lifetime fitness, his goal is to get a work out in daily. Darren enjoys golf and lake activities when he is not working. Even then he is answering his phone!
